Grief Course
Grief will be explored across five episodes.
The first episode gives a broad introduction, then there are episodes to help specifically with:

• acute loss
• isolation
• despair
• collective or ancestral grief

The signature posture of grief may include a collapsed chest, rounded shoulders, a bowed or lowered head, and a downward or distant gaze. The breath may come in waves — held, shaky, or sighing.
These embodied patterns are not dysfunctions but natural expressions of love and loss.

Through slow, rhythmic, permission-based movement — rocking, swaying, gentle spirals, supported folding and unfolding — the body can be accompanied rather than pushed. The aim is not to remove grief, but to allow it to move, to breathe, and, when ready, to gradually reconnect with life without betraying what has been lost.
