Anger Course
Anger will be explored across five episodes.
The first episode gives a broad introduction, then there are episodes to help specifically with:

• irritation and frustration
• resentment
• explosive rage
• Projection / Scapegoating

The signature posture of anger often includes a forward-thrust head, tightened jaw, flared nostrils, narrowed or fixed gaze, and a braced torso. The fists may clench and the shoulders harden.

Through structured movement, rhythm, grounded footwork, and expressive gesture, this intensity can be safely discharged, shaped, and transformed into clarity, strength, and purposeful action.
